Southern New Hampshire University

Southern New Hampshire University has announced area students named to its spring 2026 President’s and Dean’s lists.

Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.7 and higher for the reporting term are named to the President’s List. From Ward County, the list includes

Jacob Harless of Ryder and Abigail Christian, Alyssa Andersen, Tilaya Jones, Kei Lynn, Paul O’Dell and Mataya Klein, all of Minot.

Jennifer Winn of Minot was named to the Dean’s List. Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.5-3.69 for the reporting term are named to the Dean’s List.

University of Jamestown

JAMESTOWN – Area students were among those named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2026 semester at the University of Jamestown. Named to the list were Chase Burke, Arin Oster, Hunter Ruzicka and Bostyn Edwards, all of Minot, and Maddox Campbell and Cienna Clemens, both of Velva. Students are named to the list for a earning a 3.5 grade point average while taking at least 12 credit hours for the semester.

True Companies scholarship

Dreyden Waind of Minot has been awarded a $5,000 True Companies Descendants of Employees Scholarship for the 2026-2027 academic year. All descendants of current employees with three or more years of service are eligible to apply for a scholarship.
