WASHBURN — “Frostbite & Firelight: Winter Lawn Games Extravaganza,” originally scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 24, at Fort Mandan State Historic Site, has been moved to Saturday, Feb. 21, due to forecasted extreme cold temperatures.

On Feb. 21, the event will be held from 1-3 p.m. A family-friendly event, it offers a frosty twist on classic summer games such as cornhole, ladder toss, bocce ball and croquet. Gather around a crackling bonfire, and warm up with a beverage from the hot cocoa bar. The games and bonfire will be held at the Fahlgren Park picnic shelters near the Fort Mandan Visitor Center.
