NDSU Extension is offering a Free QPR Suicide Prevention Certification training on Monday, June 23, from 3-4:30 p.m. at the NDSU Extension Ward County office.

Participants will become equipped to recognize the warning signs of suicide and take action. They will learn how to question someone about suicide, persuade them to seek help and refer them to appropriate resources. The workshop is for everyone. No prior experience is needed. Participants will receive a certificate at the end of the workshop that is valid for two years. For more information, contact NDSU Extension-Ward County.
