The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the driver who died in a collision with a Canadian Pacific train in Burlington on Wednesday as Anthony Faveros, 30, Burlington.

Faveros was driving a Chevy Silverado in a gravel lot when his vehicle became stuck on the tracks in attempting to cross them and was struck on the driver’s side by the train. The crash is still being investigated by the Highway Patrol.
