NEW TOWN – The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the victim of a two-vehicle crash near New Town on Tuesday.

Emillio Lone Eagle, 30, New Town, died when the pickup he was driving crossed the center line of N.D. Highway 23, west of New Town, and struck a semi driven by Troy Anderson, 61, Williston, who was uninjured.
