WILLISTON – Energyve recently notified state agencies of a diesel fuel and hydraulic oil leak resulting from a truck rollover. The incident occurred about 10 miles southeast of Williston.

Energyve estimates 60 gallons of diesel fuel and 20 gallons of hydraulic oil were spilled. Due to heavy rains, Plum Creek was impacted.

Energyve has contained the spill and begun cleanup. Personnel from the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality have inspected the site and will continue to monitor the investigation and remediation.
