Extension to hold cattle meeting in Granville
GRANVILLE–North Dakota State University Extension will host a cattle meeting at the McGillicuddy Community Center in Granville on Nov. 4 at 6 p.m.
NDSU Extension Agents Rachel Wald and Paige Brummund, along with Extension Beef Cattle Specialist Zachary Carlson and Rangeland Management Specialist Kevin Sedivec, will discuss feeding alternative forages, water and forage testing, pasture recovery after a drought and mineral program considerations.
The meeting is free to attend, and light refreshments will be available. Pre-registration is required. Contact the Ward County Extension Office at 857-6444 to register.
