Parshall school district subject of state audit
The State Auditor’s office is conducting an audit of the Parshall Public School District for the 2018-19 school year.
State Auditor Joshua Gallion said Friday that his office received a citizen-initiated petition requesting the audit. The audit could be completed within a couple of months, he said.
Gallion said his office audited the Belcourt Public School District in 2019 after receiving a citizen-initiated petition. The Oberon School District was also audited by order of the governor after several school board members were arrested.
