Justin Thornton, Mary Barton, Lana Humke, charged with theft, forgery

Justin Clifford Thornton, 31, Mary Elizabeth Barton, 50, and Lana Gwin Humke, 27, are all charged in district court in Minot with multiple felonies related to breaking into motor vehicles, theft and forgery last December.

Humke and Thornton are each charged with Class C felony theft of a key, Class C felony conspiracy to commit forgery, Class C felony unlawful entry into a motor vehicle to commit a crime, Class C felony conspiracy to commit unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, Class C felony conspiracy to commit theft of a key. Thornton is charged with Class A misdemeanor trespass, his second offense, and Humke is charged with Class B misdemeanor criminal trespass. Barton is charged with Class C felony conspiracy to commit forgery, Class C felony conspiracy to commit unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, and Class C felony conspiracy to commit theft of a key.

Thornton and Humke are also charged with intent to deliver methamphetamine last October. Thornton was also charged in January with breaking into another motor vehicle.
