Judge dismisses felon in possession of a firearm charge against Tyquan Graham in one case

North Central District Court Judge Richard Hagar signed an order of dismissal on Oct. 8 of one Class C felony felon in possession of a firearm charge against Tyquan Markeez Graham for “lack of evidence,” according to Graham’s attorney, David Spencer. The gun had been disposed of in a stairwell and was not located on Graham.

In another case, Graham is charged with Class B felony armed robbery and Class C felony felon in possession of a firearm. He and another man are accused of robbing a man at gunpoint in the Sports on Tap parking lot on July 28 and stealing a gun from the man’s vehicle. William Neal Lucy II, 42, then allegedly pistol whipped and shot Graham, whom Lucy accused of committing the armed robbery, in downtown Minot. Lucy was then shot and wounded himself. Lucy has been charged in connection with the shooting and also with possession with intent to deliver ecstasy and cocaine.
