Danielle House, Minot, sentenced to time served, probation, for intent to deal opiates

Danielle Marie House, 30, Minot, was sentenced on Friday to three years, all suspended but the 46 days she already served in jail, and three years of supervised probation for Class B felony intent to deliver dilaudid, a Schedule II opiate, and Class C felony possession of heroin, a second offense, on April 9.

Judge Richard Hagar also ordered House to obtain a chemical dependency evaluation and to pay $775 in court costs.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, House was already on supervised probation at the time of the offense. Her home was searched on April 9 and a search turned up a bag containing a pen tube with suspected drug residue, a used syringe, a blue baggie with six 2 milligram dilaudid pills, a container with a box of baggies and a box of single sheet tinfoil pieces and a black bag also containing baggies and mirrors with drug residue. House’s phone was also searched and there were multiple text messages indicating that she had been selling the dilaudid pills.
