Gilbert John Houle, 53, Minot, is accused of calling the nursing home in Dunseith on July 1, 2019, and making a threat of imminent violence.

Houle is charged in district court in Rolette County with Class C felony terrorizing.

A pretrial conference in the case was scheduled to be held on Monday before Judge Anthony Benson. Houle has requested a jury trial.
