Tina Kruckenberg offered deferred sentence on possession of stolen vehicle charge
Tina Christine Kruckenberg, 29, also known as Tina Christine Tallman, has been offered a deferred imposition of sentence for 360 days on a Class C felony charge of possession of a stolen motor vehicle on Oct. 23, 2019. She also pleaded guilty to Class A misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. The state dismissed a Class A misdemeanor charge of possession of methamphetamine.
She was also ordered to pay $525 in court costs. Restitution will be left open for 90 days.
Under the terms of the proposed plea deal, if she successfully complies with all conditions, the theft charge will be dismissed.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, the 2009 Dodge Avenger had been reported stolen from Mountrail County and the owner of the vehicle said Kruckenberg was not supposed to be driving it. Police also found two baggies containing meth in a backpack belonging to Kruckenberg along with a pen tube with burn marks and suspected drug residue.
