Minot Ryan students give to Dakota Hope Clinic

Submitted Photo Bishop Ryan Catholic School fifth graders Lilly Jundt and Peyton Seay present a $1,200 check to Tim Knutson, director of Development for Dakota Hope Clinic in Minot, on Monday morning. The money was raised during the school’s annual Santa Shop event at the beginning of December. Each year, preschool and elementary students at Bishop Ryan have the chance to “shop” for gifts for their family members and the monetary donations made for the shopping are donated to a different local charity. Santa Shop has been an annual Christmas giving event at Bishop Ryan for more than 20 years. The event kicks off Catholic Schools Week for Bishop Ryan.
