Kelsie Wallace, Minot, sentenced for simple assault – domestic violence
Kelsie Ann Wallace, 24, Minot, was sentenced on Friday to 360 days in jail, all suspended but the one day she has already served, and 360 days supervised probation for scratching a man’s face and hitting him over the head with a metal sign reading “love” on May 3 during a domestic violence altercation.
Court records show that Wallace was also ordered to complete a course for domestic violence offenders, to obtain a chemical dependency evaluation, and to pay $325 in court costs.
She pleaded guilty to the Class A misdemeanor on Friday before Judge Doug Mattson.
