Amber Tobey, Minot, sentenced for delivery of oxycodone
Amber Lyn Tobey, 28, Minot, woman was sentenced Tuesday to three years in prison, with all suspended but 18 months, for each of three counts of Class B felony delivery of oxycodone in May.
The sentences are concurrent.
Court records show that Judge Gary Lee also ordered that Tobey will be on supervised probation for two years after her release from prison and recommended she receive drug treatment in prison. She was also required to pay restitution of $1,600 and $725 in court costs.
She will receive credit for 49 days already served.
Tobey sold 10 30-milligram oxycodone tablets for $600 to an informant working for the Ward County Narcotics Task Force at her trailer in Holiday Park on May 3. She sold another 10 30-milligram tablets to the informant for $600 on May 4 at her residence. On May 7, the informant arranged to buy another 10 30-milligram tablets for $600. Tobey was the source for another person.
