Slade Vernon Herfindahl, 43, Tioga, is charged with harassing an ex-girlfriend by making 40 unwanted phone calls to her in April and of posting a sexually explicit image of the woman on her employer’s Facebook page.

He is charged in district court in Minot with Class A misdemeanor distribution of intimate images without consent and Class B misdemeanor harassment.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed with the court, the alleged victim told police that she and Herfindahl had taken photos and made videos of themselves engaged in sexual activity during their relationship. However, she had not given consent for him to distribute those images and had told him to delete the images. The woman told police she was uncomfortable around her supervisors and co-workers who had seen the image Herfindahl posted on the employer’s Facebook page.
