Benefit Buttons’ proceeds to help area woman with medical expenses
MAKOTI – Sharon Andes Benefit Buttons will be available for a free-will offering at this year’s Makoti Threshing Show in Makoti in addition to the 2018 Makoti Thresher’s Association admission button.
Andes, secretary of the Makoti Thresher’s Association from Parshall, was injured in a farm-related accident about a month ago. Proceeds of the button fundraiser will help with her medical expenses.
The buttons benefit is sponsored by the Thresher’s Association. A limited number of 550 benefit buttons will be available for the free-will offering at the threshing show.
This year’s event is Sept. 29-30. The show is billed as North Dakota’s largest threshing exhibition.
