Alexis Haynes, Parshall, charged with kicking inside of patrol cruiser
Alexis Nicole Haynes, 28, Parshall, is accused of driving at up to 62 mph in a 25 mph zone, fleeing from a Mountrail County sheriff’s deputy, and kicking the doors and windows in the patrol car once she was arrested early Monday.
Haynes is charged in district court in Stanley with Class C felony criminal mischief, Class A misdemeanor fleeing from a police officer, and Class A misdemeanor reckless driving in district court in Stanley.
She was scheduled to make an initial appearance in district court on Monday.
According to the probable cause affidavit filed with the court by James Lightner, Haynes also threatened the deputy and his family. The rear top half of the doors in the patrol cruiser were bent outward.
