Agenda: The council will consider a technical consulting contract for resilience programs with former program manager John Zakian. It will consider a time extension for the expiring Renaissance Zone program and a second tier of funding for Souris Basin Planning Council’s Business Accelerator Fund. The council will hear a presentation on the Broadway Corridor Study and discuss approaches to city animal services.
