Agenda: The council will conduct a 2020 preliminary budget review. It will consider conditional approval of CDBG-NDR funds for a Beyond Shelter low-income housing project for seniors; bids on a parking ramp roof and drainage system; increased building permit fees; demolition and site restoration bids; special assessments for nuisance abatement, sidewalk repair and weed cutting; selection of a vendor for a new computer software system; an agreement with the state on Burdick Expressway upgrades; and storm sewer repairs on 10th Street Southwest from 31st to 37th Avenues. The council will receive a mosquito spraying update and updated information on a City Hall retaining wall project.
