More parking available at Minot airport

A new parking lot has opened at Minot International Airport to accommodate holiday travelers.As work continues on the new terminal, construction on one of the new parking lots is far enough along to be opened for use this winter. Airport director Andy Solsvig said more parking is needed because passenger numbers far exceed existing space."Everybody knows our passenger numbers have increased dramatically over the past couple of years, and while we've been able to deal with it inside the terminal, it's getting to be very problematic in the parking lot," he said.The lot will be able to ...
