Violated the city ordinance against keeping a pit bull within the city limits (Class B misdemeanor) — Joel Alejandro Valadez, 23, 4010 South Main Street, Apt. B, granted a deferred imposition of sentence, defendant is to pay all pound fees prior to the pit bull being released to him and he is to remove the dog from the city limits, $75 fines/fees, $25 administrative fees – Crisis Center payments.
