Two promoted at First International Bank & Trust

Brock DesLauriers has been promoted to senior vice president at First International Bank & Trust. DesLauriers started working at FIBT in May 2005 while attending college. He has held numerous positions such as teller, credit analyst, personal banker, mortgage loan officer, and commercial loan officer. He was currently vice president and is the Minot North Hill manager.

DesLauriers graduated from Bishop Ryan High School in 2003 and Minot State University in 2008 with a degrees in accounting and finance. He is married to Elly and has two daughters Taylor (11) and Raegan (8). He is active in the community serving as a Minot Country Club Board member, Sertoma Club member and Beaver Booster Board member.

Mandi Zavalney has been promoted to executive assistant at First International Bank & Trust. Zavalney started her employment with FIBT as a personal banker in September 2018. Her previous positions at the bank include mortgage post closer and mortgage closer.

Zavalney graduated from Minot High School in 2015, where she was actively involved in FFA and FCCLA. She enjoys cooking, baking, gardening and golfing. She has volunteered for Fuel The Fight Event, which is an annual fundraiser held to help patients offset transportation costs when requiring cancer treatments.
