MSU Spring Honor Dance, Powwow annual celebration set

The Minot State University Native American Center and Club will host the 35th annual Spring Honor Dance & Powwow celebration on Friday, April 25, and Saturday, April 26, in the Minot State Dome, according to an MSU news release. Annual music event to rock community

The annual Community Rocks! is back for its 10th show since 2015, featuring the Community Rocks orchestra and guest singers. Hometown favorite Dakotah Faye will be among those to take the stage Saturday in the Clarion Coliseum in the Clarion Hotel & Convention Center. Community Rocks! combines the best rock ‘n roll from the 1950s to today, performed by the Community Rocks! Orchestra. Deadline extended for Governor’s band/orchestra, choral applications

BISMARCK – The application period has been extended until April 14 for school, community and church bands, orchestras and choirs across North Dakota interested in serving as the Governor’s Official State Band/Orchestra Program and Choral Program for the 2025-2026 school year, the North Dakota Governor’s Office announced.
