Armstrong to present Rough Rider Award to wrestling legends

BISMARCK – Gov. Kelly Armstrong will present the North Dakota Theodore Roosevelt Rough Rider Award to national champion wrestlers and legendary wrestling coaches Terry Steiner and Troy Steiner on Oct. 1 during a ceremony at the Capitol in Bismarck. BIAMARCK – North Dakota's commercial service airports recorded 104,951 passenger boardings during May 2026, making it the second-highest May passenger total in state history, according to The North Dakota Aeronautics Commission.
