Kim Fundingsland/MDN Minot Police were called to a northeast residence Tuesday afternoon for a report of a man inside a house threatening to use a gun. Police had a large presence in the area, including members of the department’s SWAT team. The incident ended peacefully when the man emerged from the home with his hands in the air.
