MSU women’s golf finishes 10th at Augustana Spring Invite

In other weekend golf news, the Minot State University women’s golf team finished 10th in the Augustana Spring Invite at Elmwood Golf Couse in Sioux Falls.

The Beavers finished 10th with a score of 104 over. Sioux Falls won the tournament with a score of 36 over par. Anya Ross led the way for the Beavers as she finished tied for 26th with a score of 21 over after dropping from tied for 13th after a final round of 86.

Taylor Cormier finished 41st with a final round of 84 cutting two strokes off of her total (86) from yesterday’s opening round. Cormier posted a combined score of 26 over after 36 holes. Jaci Jones finish tied for 48th with a final round of 87 for an overall score of 28 over.

Meanwhile, Holly Knudsen fell from tied for 42nd yesterday to finish 51st with a final round of 88 for a score of 29 over. The Beavers completed their final regular-season tournament prior to the NSIC Championships getting underway on Apr. 23-25 in Morton, Minnesota.
