The Minot High School football game against Grand Forks Red River on Friday will be played at Herb Parker Stadium at Minot State University. In addition, the season opener’s start time was changed to 7 p.m.

Delays and field conditions while installing the new turf wouldn’t allow the game to be played at Duane Carlson Stadium. However, Minot High activities director Mitch Lunde said the “Magic Carpet” should be ready for the week of Sept. 2.
