Anyone who has ever even once attended Høstfest knows the incredible number of people it takes to stage such a huge, diverse event with so many “moving parts,” performances and vendors.

Of course, this includes hundreds of volunteers, without whom, the event would be impossible to put together. Høstfest organizers, rightly and most politely, go out of their way to thank the legion of volunteers that make this event the one-of-a-kind occasion it is.

Guests have expressed their appreciation for volunteers as well, notably the contingent from Minot Air Force Base.

Well, once again this year, Hostfest is in need of volunteers. If you have enjoyed Høstfest for years, enjoy giving back to the community or just want to experience the internal workings of the acclaimed festival, maybe consider offering yourself as a volunteer.

Just this week, Høstfest put out a call for additional volunteers. Hostfest reports having many areas in which they need volunteer assistance. They particularly need people with computer experience to volunteer in the ticketing/will call/volunteer center.

Høstfest has meant so much to our community for so many years now, it is hard to imagine an event more worthy of volunteer efforts.
