Bruce A. Duller, 79, Minot, died Thursday, January 25, 2024 in a Minot hospital.

Bruce Allen Duller was born on April 9, 1944, a son of Wilbur and Vivian (Hartley) Duller in Cleveland, OH. Upon the conclusion of World War 2, the family moved to Janesville, WI., where he was raised and graduated from Janesville High School in 1962.

On October 2, 1962, Bruce enlisted into the United States Air Force. He proudly served his country, until he was honorably discharged on September 30, 1966. Following his discharge, he worked at the Chevrolet Manufacturing plant, and he furthered his education by studying Art Education at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, graduating in 1970 and University of North Dakota Grand Forks for his Master’s degree in 1976.

On October 15, 1965, Bruce was united in marriage to Dianna M. Zurcher. Together they raised their children Kris and Paul. Bruce worked as an Art teacher at schools throughout the area.

He also worked at Choice Hotels Reservation center until its closure.

Bruce enjoyed painting, trivia, watching the Green Bay Packers, playing golf, watching movies, listening to music, and reading. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend and will be missed by all that knew him.

He was active within the church where he dressed the part of Church Clown with the Luther League, and was the Art Director for the Red Willow Bible Camp for several years.

Bruce is survived by: Wife, Dianna; Children, Kris (Troy) Falcon; Paul C. Duller; grandchildren, Darian (Brooke) Sloboden, Rayna Falcon, Paul Holmes, Christian Soto, Erin (Clay) Marr, Connor Rittel, and Cody Hagen (Hanah); great-grandchildren, Renly and Everleigh Jolynn; nephew and niece, Tom (Lisa) Duller, and Heidi (Jesse) Berrelez.

Bruce was preceded in death by his parents and brother, David.

Visitation: Friday, February 9, 2024 one hour prior to the service at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot

Memorial Service: Friday, February 9, 2024 at 10:30 am at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home Chapel, Minot

Burial: A private family committal service will take place at a later date.
