James “T.J.” Gehringer, Jr.,
42, Minot, formerly of
Mohall, died Thursday,
July 9, 2020, at his
residence.
He was born March 4,
1978, in Mohall, on his
Gehringer grandparents’
anniversary, the son of
Thomas Sr. and Judy
(Aasen) Gehringer. He
was raised in Mohall and
graduated from Mohall
High School in 1997. He
attended Lake Region
Community College for
diesel mechanics. He
worked various truck
driving jobs including
delivering propane for
Propane Services in
Mohall. He was proud to
have earned his CDL and
hazardous chemicals en-
dorsements.
T.J. enjoyed horse rid-
ing, riding his Harley and
four-wheeler, hunting,
camping at Mouse River
Park and attending
rodeos. He was an avid
Green Bay Packers fan.
His jokes, his warm, infec-
tious smile would light up
any room. He was proud
to be an American and
respected the flag. He
was very proud of his
Vietnam Veteran Dad. He
will be missed by all.

T.J. was preceded in
death by: his paternal
grandparents, Daniel and
Mildred Gehringer; mater-
nal grandparents, Roy and
Virginia Aasen; and aunt,
Debbie (Kuehn) Aasen.
Funeral: Close and ex-
tended family are invited
to the funeral mass at 2
p.m., Tuesday, July 14,
2020, at St. Jerome
Catholic Church, Mohall.

Burial: A public grave-
side service will be held
at 3:15 p.m., Tuesday, at
the Mohall Community
Cemetery.
Reception: Following
the graveside service, a re-
ception will be held at the
Mohall Community Cen-
ter (the old American Le-
gion building).
Visitation: 2 to 7 p.m.,
Monday, July 13, 2020, at
Brose Funeral Home,
