Truck driver pleads not guilty in crash deaths

WATFORD CITY - A semi-truck driver charged with manslaughter following a crash that took the lives of two people last fall has pleaded not guilty in Northwest District Court, according to court documents. Mickey Alonzo Gramley is charged with manslaughter-child victim and manslaughter-adult victim, both Class B felonies. BISMARCK – The North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality is accepting proposals for fiscal year 2027 Section 319 Nonpoint Source Pollution Management grants. Center seeks help locating missing youth

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) is asking for the public’s help to locate Angel Mendez, who has been missing for more than eight months. Mendez was 15 when he was last seen in Sentinel Butte on Nov. 20, 2025. In an effort to bring more attention to his case, his poster is being displayed on gas pumps throughout North Dakota this month as part of a partnership between NCMEC and GSTV. Council moves budget ahead

The Minot City Council approved a preliminary city budget Monday, Aug. 3, with a hefty tax increase, but council members indicated proposals for cuts remain on the way.
