Minot’s Best Bites serves up success

Minot’s Best Bites delivered a night of food, fun and community connection on Aug. 27, with nearly 6,000 samples served as local restaurants showcased some of the best flavors the community has to offer. Presented by Aspire Credit Union, the event brought together 16 local food vendors at Citizens Alley. In total, 5,960 samples were sold, with 13 of the 16 participating vendors selling out. Glenburn under boil water order

A water line break has left Glenburn residents under a boil order until repairs can be made and the water is confirmed to be in compliance with drinking water standards. The city informed residents on Sunday, Oct. 11, to boil water before use because of the possibility that disease-causing organisms may have entered the water supply due to water line breaks that caused a loss of pressure to the distribution system.
