A Minot man faces multiple charges in North Central District Court related to solicitation of minors and child sexual abuse material. Skylar Tollefson-Bower, 20, is charged with three counts of promoting or directing an obscene sexual performance by a minor, all Class A felonies, and possession of certain materials prohibited, a Class B felony.
