DCB dual-credit graduates to be recognized
BOTTINEAU – Students in the dual-credit program at Dakota College at Bottineau (DCB) will be recognized during the college’s 2026 commencement ceremony in Thatcher Hall on Friday, May 15, at 3 p.m.
Through its dual-credit program, DCB has 39 Leading to Education and Advanced Preparation (LEAP) graduates this year, with 33 walking at the commencement exercise.
Bottineau students earning LEAP degrees are Trevor Bernstein, Rylee Brennan, Rowan Cheshire (summer), Paige Marsden, Audrey Wierson, Avery Keith, all certificates of college studies; Tayah Heilman, certificate of college studies (spring) and Beyond Associate of Science (summer); Ashlyn Follman, Madison Kyle and Megan Muncton, all Beyond Associate of Arts and Associate of Science.
Also earning certificates of college studies were homeschool students Fynnegan Lunnie and Brea Pitner, Karsyn Halvorson of Midkota, and South Prairie students Luke Anderson, Skotti Beck, Mara Beeter, Hattie Heer, Tate Heer, NiKalya Hillestad, Landen Jansen, Emily Kannianen, Emma Marten, Abigail Mikkelson, Madison Privratsky, Nathan Samson and Taylor Weber. South Prairie students Karley Nelson and Brynn Powell earned Beyond Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degrees.
From Kenmare, Rylee Hedberg, Kole Herman and Madysyn Madrid earned certifications of completion in small unmanned aircraft systems.
Sophia Bell of Minot High earned a Beyond Associate of Science. Jorgen Tripp of Pingree-Buchanan earned a Beyond Associate of Arts and Associate of Science.
From Surrey, Nellie Hendrickson will receive a Beyond Associate of Science and Brekkyn Undhjem will receive a certificate of college studies.
TGU Towner students earning certificates of college studies are Aubrey Anderson, Jorja Smith, Cailyn Takala and Ethen Zimmerman.
