Victim of crash near Towner identified
TOWNER — The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the victim of a one-vehicle rollover near Towner Tuesday, April 7.
Kenneth Miller, 63, Bismarck, died from injuries he received in the crash. He was the driver of a Honda Odyssey that went off the road and rolled.
