A former airport operations manager in Minot is listed as an endangered missing person in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
Deanna Stoddard, 42, who worked at the airport from March 2016-January 2022, has been missing since April 6. She was last seen at her family’s residence in Susquehanna County and was believed to be on foot.
Stoddard had left Minot to work at other airports, including in Florida and Colorado. She later was employed at Ackerman-Estvold Construction Management in Minot from October 2024-March 2025. She had lived in Surrey.
“We are aware of the news surrounding Deanna Stoddard’s missing person case and its connection to the Minot area. At this time, other than awareness we do not have an active role in assisting the Pennsylvania agencies involved; however, we are always willing to provide assistance when requested and when appropriate,” said Deputy Police Chief Dale Plessas with the Minot Police Department.
“If new information indicates she may have returned to the area, we will work closely with our law enforcement partners and provide support as needed. As with any missing person case, our thoughts are with her family, and we hope Deanna is found safe.”
