Towner man pleads guilty to sex crimes
A Towner man entered a change of plea, pleading guilty to multiple offenses involving juveniles in North Central District Court on Wednesday, Nov. 5.
Anthony Prellwitz, 25, entered his change of plea before Judge Richard Hagar, pleading guilty to three counts of corruption of a minor-victim over 15-defendant 22 or older and delivery of a controlled substance-marijuana, all Class C felonies. Four additional Class C felonies including two additional marijuana delivery counts, promoting obscenity to minors and possession of certain materials prohibited were dismissed in accordance with a plea agreement.
