The November online Parent Cafe will be held Wednesday, Nov. 19, from noon-1 p.m., with discussion on building skills for resilience in navigating the stress of the holiday season.

Parent Cafe events offer a chance to connect, reflect and listen to other parents and caregivers. Cafes are eligible for parent education credit hours. Certificates are sent to participants after each event.
