CENTURY 21 Morrison Realty has been named recipient of the 2025 Art Bartlett 2100 Cup Award, one of the most prestigious honors in the CENTURY 21 system, according to Century 21 Real Estate, a subsidiary of Anywhere Real Estate.
CENTURY 21 Morrison Realty, headquartered in Minot and led by broker-owner Tricia Schlosser, stood out in 2024 data for its consistent real estate performance and its commitment to making a difference within its communities.
“Winning the 2100 Cup isn’t just about being successful in business. It’s about how you use that success to lift others,” Schlosser said. “From supporting local nonprofits to raising tens of thousands for charitable causes, our mission goes beyond real estate. It’s about creating a lasting impact and being a force for good in every community we serve.”
In 2024, CENTURY 21 Morrison Realty raised more than $29,000 through its annual company picnic to support organizations including Easter Seals Goodwill of North Dakota and Pride Manchester House. The company also actively supports a wide range of charitable initiatives year-round, from national campaigns such as United Way and The American Cancer Society to local institutions such as the North Dakota Historical Foundation and the Central Dakota Humane Society.
Since joining the CENTURY 21 network in 1978, the brokerage has been an advocate for excellence, earning the CENTURY 21 President’s Office Award for 15 consecutive years, an achievement that recognizes both top-tier sales and exceptional client satisfaction.
“CENTURY 21 Morrison Realty embodies the very best of the CENTURY 21 System,” said Mike Miedler, president and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “They lead with heart, serve with integrity and continuously find innovative ways to support their agents, clients and neighbors. Their dedication to giving back while moving the industry forward is what makes them truly deserving of this year’s 2100 Cup.”
