Dr. Frank Ward of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Crossville, Tennessee, will provide good southern preaching during revival services from Sunday, Aug. 3, through Wednesday, Aug. 6, at Minot Baptist Church.

The church announced services will be held Aug. 3, at 9:45 a.m., 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Services Aug. 4 through Aug. 6 will be at 7 p.m. Minot Baptist Church is located at 500 46th Ave. NE, just north of Minot.

According to information provided by Minot Baptist Church, Ward was drafted into the U.S. Army, and served two years in Field Artillery, completing his time of service in July 1970. His last year of service was a tour of duty in Vietnam/Cambodia. He received a Bronze Star for combat duty in Cambodia.

After returning home in the summer of 1971 he surrendered to preach. He has pastored churches in Tennessee and Indiana. He and his wife planted two Independent Baptist churches in Tennessee. Retiring from active pastoring in 2012, he preaches revivals and provides pulpit supply where needed. He has been preaching for 51 years.

Following his time at Minot Baptist Church, Ward will be preaching in Devils Lake at Grace Baptist Church.
