Names of injured released in fatal crash near Max
MAX – The North Dakota Highway Patrol has released the names of two of the individuals injured in a fatal crash May 29 on U.S. Highway 83 north of Max.
Timothy Goodwin, 31, Williston, was the driver of a 2023 Ford F250 towing a car trailer northbound on Highway 83. Passengers were Larissa Lake, 30, Williston, and an unnamed juvenile. They sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries when struck by a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado traveling south in the northbound lanes.
The Highway Patrol is seeking information to determine the identity of the driver of the pickup truck, who died at the scene. Anyone with information can call 328-2447 or email ndhpsafetyedu@nd.gov and reference case 2025003501.
