A Texas man has been found guilty of one count of gross sexual imposition after a jury trial in North Central District Court.

Testimony in the trial of Dylan Ray Kraft, 27, Burleson, Texas, began Tuesday, and the jury’s verdict was delivered Wednesday, finding him guilty of the Class A felony.

According to court documents, Kraft was charged with performing a sex act on the victim in his residence in the early morning of Jan. 23, 2021, without the victim’s consent.

Judge Richard Hagar ordered a pre-sentence investigation and scheduled Kraft’s sentencing for Sept. 30.
