Central Dakota MPO schedules public input meetings
The Central Dakota Metropolitan Planning Organization has announced three public input meetings.
The meetings will incorporate an open house discussion on proposed improvements in the Metropolitan Transportation Plan, according to a news release, to ensure the organization’s plan addresses community needs and supports the implementation of valuable projects that will enhance connectivity and mobility across the region.
The in-person open house meetings will be held Tuesday, Oct. 15, from 5-7 p.m. at Minot City Hall; Wednesday, Oct. 16, from 12-2 p.m. at Surrey Senior Center; and Wednesday, Oct. 16, from 5-7 p.m. at Burlington City Hall.
Representatives from CNDMPO and its partner, Bolton & Menk, will be on hand to answer questions and discuss any concerns with the plan, which will be instrumental in guiding future projects and aligning them with the shared vision for the area’s streets and transit systems.
Those unable to attend are invited to send written statements or comments about the project by mail or email to Bolton & Menk with “Public Input Meeting” in the letter heading or email subject.
