The National Weather Service will be offering Severe Weather and Safety Training, called SKYWARN, in Ward County on Wednesday, May 15, at 6:30 p.m.

The training will be held at the Ward County Administration Building, 225 3rd St. SE, Minot, in the first-floor conference rooms.

The training is free and open to the public. No pre-registration is required. The course is expected to last about 2½ hours.
