Park Service awards funds to ND tribes
BISMARCK – The U.S. National Park Service has awarded $254,625 to tribes in North Dakota through the Land and Water Conservation Fund State and Local Assistance Program, according to Sen. Kevin Cramer, R-ND.
Spirit Lake Tribe will receive $167,875 for the construction of an outdoor recreation support building
The Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians will receive $86,750 for the development of Heritage Park.
