BNSF foundation awards grant to Ranch
The BNSF Railway Foundation has awarded $6,000 to Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch for technology upgrades in the Career and Technical Education classes at the Ranch’s on-campus school at Minot, according to the Ranch.
Instruction at the on-campus school, Dakota Memorial School, is focused on meeting the unique social, psychiatric, and behavioral needs of students. The school offers on-campus CTE classes, in which children learn real-world skills such as carpentry, finance and accounting, welding and design. Funds from the BNSF Railway Foundation will be used to purchase new computers and software.
