Suspect arrested for July shooting in northwest Minot

The Minot Police Department has arrested a second suspect in connection with a shooting at a northwest Minot apartment complex on July 7 that sent a man to a hospital.
Jordan Bailey, 26, of Minot, is charged with nine counts of reckless endangerment and one count of aggravated assault. Bailey was taken into custody Sept. 20 without incident through the collaborative efforts of the Williston BCI, Tioga Police Department, Williams County Sheriff’s Office and Williams County SWAT.
All charges are Class C felonies.
Sydney Roller, 20, of Mandan, was arrested on Sept. 16 in connection with the incident. She is charged with nine counts of accomplice to reckless endangerment and one count of accomplice to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Minot Police report the investigation is ongoing.
