Samantha Lee Khan, 33, Minot, was sentenced on Wednesday to 360 days in jail, all suspended but the two days she already served in the Ward County Jail, and two years of supervised probation for Class C felony theft – possession – credit device. The offense happened on March 31.

Judge Stacy Louser also ordered Khan to pay $525 in court costs and restitution yet to be determined. She was also ordered to have no contact with the victim. The offense will be deemed a Class A misdemeanor if she successfully completes probation.
